Processing Time

Orders typically take 1–8 business days to process before they are shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Days

Our standard shipping days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed outside of business hours, it will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and whether the item is shipped from a domestic or international location.
- Domestic Delivery: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
- International Fulfillment: Some items are shipped from overseas partners and generally arrive within 5–10 business days after the item has shipped. Please note that this does not include processing time.
- Split Shipments: Orders containing items from multiple locations may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

During peak seasons or due to unforeseen events (such as extreme weather, postal delays, or high-volume periods), delivery may take longer than estimated.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur. These may result from increased order volume, postal service delays, or unexpected events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please use the provided link(s) to monitor your package’s progress.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. Please double-check your information to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Lost or Stolen Packages

FABULUXE Fashion Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact your local postal carrier and file a report with your local authorities if necessary.
